Student Registration Instructions

All completed registration forms should be emailed to:
Silverthorne Elementary School: siloffice@sd54.bc.ca

Option 1:

1. Click on registration form and download/save to your computer or device.
2. Complete registration form and save file.
3. Email completed registration form to siloffice@sd54.bc.ca

Option 2:

1. Click on registration form and print.
2. Complete registration form manually.
3. Scan and email completed registration form to siloffice@sd54.bc.ca

Option 3:
If you are unable to complete the registration forms using option 1 or 2 please contact the school at 250-845-2228 or siloffice@sd54.bc.ca to arrange for a registration package to be mailed or to book an appointment.
